What happens in the hour
Nobody is told what to do. Not in this hour, not later.
We spend it understanding what you are actually managing. When it started, what it costs you, what you have already tried, and what you want to be different. You will not be given a diagnosis and you will not be handed a treatment plan.
By the end you will know whether you want to work with us, roughly what it would cost you, and how soon you could start. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you where to go instead.
When and where
Nine to seven Monday to Thursday, nine to six Friday to Sunday. Evening and weekend appointments are not an exception here.
Most people are seen within a few days. Inquiries are answered the same day.
In person at our Tigard office, or by secure video anywhere in Oregon.

What to have ready
Nothing. If you have your insurance card to hand it saves a step later, and if you do not, we will sort it out afterwards.
You do not need to know what is wrong, or to have a name for it, or to have tried anything else first.
If you need to change it
The consultation is free and there is no charge for cancelling it, whenever you cancel.
Once you start sessions the policy is more than 24 hours notice and there is no charge, under 24 hours or a missed appointment is $100. We will tell you that before your first paid session rather than after.
