Cynthia Keavney, LPC Associate. Psychotherapist

Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship issues, or the effects of trauma? Reaching out for support is a courageous first step. I am committed to creating a space where you feel understood, supported, and appropriately challenged.

I take a warm, collaborative approach to therapy, helping clients build psychological flexibility, reconnect with parts of themselves that may have been lost through trauma or life experiences, and learn how to carry grief while continuing to move toward a meaningful, values-driven life.

My clinical training includes internship experience at a nonprofit serving adults with complex trauma and mental health needs.

I hold a BA in psychology from Chestnut Hill College and an MA in clinical mental health counseling from American International College. Outside of work, I’m a proud cat mom who enjoys cooking, reading, solving Sudoku puzzles, and exploring the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.

I hope to help you relate to yourself with greater compassion, embrace all parts of who you are, and move toward what matters most.

Anita Beck, LPC, CADCI. Psychotherapist

I practice from a humanistic perspective, which means I believe every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and positive change. My role is to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and respected. Together, we'll explore your experiences, strengths, values, and goals at a pace that feels right for you.

My hope is that our work together helps you develop deeper self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and move toward a life that feels more meaningful and aligned with who you are.

I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your path toward growth and well-being.

Abby Feinstein, MFT Associate. Psychotherapist

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded primarily in ACT and Narrative Therapy. Together, we will explore the experiences and beliefs that have shaped your life while developing practical skills to help you move toward what matters most to you. I tailor therapy to each individual, recognizing that every person's story, values, and strengths are unique. As someone who is queer and disabled, I strive to create an affirming, inclusive space where clients from all backgrounds feel safe and empowered. I view therapy as a relationship built on trust, curiosity, and compassion. I look forward to supporting you as you navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change.
